Roof leaks – when it rains or storms.
While it is raining, sometimes we are unable to get on the roof, due to safety reasons. We can however evaluate the situation from the ground or ceiling space and can return once it’s dry to repair. While its’ wet or raining, we are unable to seal any roof leaks.
During storm conditions, any major roof leaks should be reported to SES for use of tarps.
